This website is operated by Spark Logic Academy Pty Ltd (ABN 69 685 480 871), which runs Rocket Brain STEM classes in Rochedale, Queensland. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Spark Logic Academy Pty Ltd.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

These are terms for using the website only. They are not an enrolment agreement. Any enrolment in a class is covered by separate arrangements that we will give you before you enrol.

2. What this website is for

This website gives general information about Rocket Brain STEM: our learning levels, example projects, interactive science demonstrations, videos and photos. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, for example to learn about our classes or to explore the interactive demonstrations with your child.

3. Course information is general

• Descriptions of levels, ages, projects and topics are general information. They show the kind of learning offered and are not a promise that a particular class, level, project or time is available.
• Programs, levels, projects and content may change from time to time.
• Please contact us to confirm current availability, class times and any other details before making decisions.

4. Educational content and demonstrations

The interactive demonstrations and explanations on this website are simplified to help children understand science and engineering ideas. Some are models that show a pattern rather than exact real-world measurements. Please read our Educational & Safety Disclaimer.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, educational materials, interactive demonstrations, mascot artwork (including T.I.M., S.A.M., B.E.N., M.I.A. and M.E.L.), photographs, videos, illustrations, logos and branding, is owned by us or is used with the permission of its owners. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the website and print or save a page for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unless the law allows it, you must not, without our written permission:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell or distribute any part of the website or its content;
• use our teaching materials, project designs, mascots, photos or videos in your own classes, products, websites or social media;
• change, adapt or remove any copyright or ownership notices; or

Our full teaching materials, lesson plans and build instructions are not published on this website and are only used in our classes.

6. Photos and videos of students

Photos and videos showing students belong to us or are used with permission. You must not download, copy, share or reuse any image of a child from this website. If you would like a photo removed, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Your use of the website

You must not use the website in a way that is unlawful, harms the website or other users, or interferes with its operation. This includes sending spam or misleading information through the enquiry form, or trying to access parts of the website or server that are not public.

8. Website availability

We try to keep the website available and working well, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may update, change or temporarily remove the website or any part of it.

9. Links to other websites

The website links to other services, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
